Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Aspery Co Ltd ("BrickFlip", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.
What BrickFlip is
BrickFlip is a tool that compares marketplace listings against BrickLink's price guide and shows you listings that appear underpriced relative to typical resale value. We don't buy, sell, or hold any LEGO items ourselves, and we're not a party to any transaction you make with a seller.
No guarantee of accuracy
Matches are generated automatically and can be wrong — a listing may be mismatched to the wrong set, a price may be misread, BrickLink's own data may be outdated, or a listing may be incomplete, a partial set, or sold by the time you see it. BrickFlip is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee any particular listing is accurately priced or still available. Always check a listing yourself before buying. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from purchases you make based on information shown in BrickFlip, except where that liability cannot be excluded under UK law (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
Accounts
You need an account to use BrickFlip. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
Subscriptions
The core deal-finding feature is free and always will be — this is a deliberate design choice, not a promotional offer, because it would breach BrickLink's API terms for us to charge for any feature that relies on BrickLink data. Paid plans (Plus/Pro) unlock features that don't touch BrickLink, such as portfolio tracking and higher search limits, and are billed monthly via Stripe. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to scrape, resell, or redistribute the data shown in BrickFlip, and don't attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.
LEGO and BrickLink trademarks
BrickFlip is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group or BrickLink. LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group. BrickLink is a trademark of BrickLink Limited, a LEGO Group company. We use BrickLink's published price guide data via their public API under their API terms of use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or with a notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use BrickFlip after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
