Refund Policy

Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account page (via the Stripe customer portal). You'll keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; we don't charge you again after that, and we don't pro-rate or refund the remainder of a period you cancel partway through.
Your 14-day cancellation right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital subscription for a full refund. Because paid features (like portfolio tracking) unlock immediately when you subscribe, starting checkout means you're asking us to begin the service straight away. If you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing and haven't made meaningful use of the paid features (for example, you haven't added any portfolio entries), we'll give you a full refund. If you've already made use of them, we'll refund a fair proportion reflecting the part of the 14 days you didn't use, in line with your statutory rights.
Billing issues
If you're charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or similar — email us at the address below and we'll investigate and refund it if we got it wrong.
